This is a free consultation call with one of our Naturopathic Doctors.

Due to regulations, this is only available for Ontario residents.

During this call, we will discuss your main health concerns and goals.

If available, we will review any past bloodwork, and discuss which labs and assessment tools that could work best for you.

We will also establish a vision of your best health creating realistic action steps to help you achieve that vision.

To finish off our time, we will introduce the key components of what your individual treatment plan can look like.
